Butterfly Shrimp

1/2 pound large raw shrimp

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup water

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp accent

2 cup vegetable oil

Sweet and sour sauce

Hot mustard

Shell shrimp, leaving tail fins on; devein, wash and drain. Make batter of flour, baking powder, salt, accent and water. Holding by tail, dip each shrimp body in batter, leaving tail uncoated. Fry in oil at 375 degree for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot with sauce and mustard.
