1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 & 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together. Combine bourbon with corn syrup; add cocoa and powdered sugar mix, then nuts and wafer crumbs. Mix well, roll in balls; then roll balls in sugar.
