1 stick margarine

1 egg

1 cup instant potatoes

1 cup sugar

1 cup bisquick

1 & 1/2 tsp coconut flavoring

Mix together. Baked on ungreased cookie sheet at about 350 degrees until brown around the edge, about 5 minutes. Make size or marble and space about 2 inches apart.
