1 box or bag (14-16 oz) unsalted oyster crackers
1/2 tsp lemon or black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 oz package dry buttermilk country-style salad dressing mix
Place crackers in large plastic container. In small pan, heat oil; pour over crackers and toss to coat. In small bowl, combine dry salad dressing mix, lemon pepper, garlic powder and dill weed; mix thoroughly and sprinkle over crackers. Toss again until all crackers are coated with mix. Keep tightly covered shaking occasionally.
Makes 1 & 1/2 quarts. Prep time 20 minutes.
