Sausage Balls

Sausage Balls

10 oz sharp cheddar cheese (at room temperature)

1 pound sausage (at room temperature)

3 cups bisquick

Work all ingredients together and then form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet and cook until brown on bottom. About 15 minutes at 350 degrees. These freeze well.
