Pam’s Skillet Lasagna

Brown in electric skillet:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 pound sausage

1 cup chopped onion

Garlic to taste

Drain fat, if needed.

Sprinkle 1/2 envelope dry spaghetti mix over mixture.

Spread 1 pound ricotta or cottage cheese over spaghetti mix.

Top with 3 cups uncooked egg noodles.

Sprinkle remainder of dry spaghetti mix.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp of each basil, parsley, salt and oregano

Top with 1 large can tomatoes (diced or crushed with juice)

Add 1 cup water.

Cover and set skillet dial 225 degrees to 250 degrees. Cook 30-35 minutes.

Sprinkle with 8 oz grated mozzarella cheese.

Let sit 10-15 minutes.
