Kim’s Baked Porkchops

Kim’s Baked Porkchops

4-6 porkchops

1/2 stick maragrine

3 tsp curry powder

1/4 tsp dill weed

1/4 tsp whole thyme

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp dried chives

2-3 whole cloves

Melt butter in oven dish. Add 6 spices and herbs to butter and mix well with spoon or fork. Place porkchops in dish one at a time swishing around to be sure each porkchop is covered well with mixture. Place top on dish and cook in oven 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Take top off dish to brown chops slightly. Cooking time may very due to size of chops.
