Oven Fried Fish

Oven Fried Fish

1/4 cup margarine, melted

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp basil

1/8 tsp garlic powder

Combine the above. Dip fish fillets in mixture. Cover with bread crumbs.

Line baking dish with foil. Spread 2 tbsp cooking oil over foil. Arrange fillets in one layer. Spoon any remaining margarine mixture over the fish and bake uncovered in a preheated 475 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
