Chicken Pot Roast in White Wine

1 cut up whole chicken

3-4 large baking potatoes, cut in pieces

6-8 carrots, cut in pieces

about 1/4 stick butter

1 bell pepper, cut in strips

1 medium/large onion, quartered

1/2 cup white wine

Most of small bottle of Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper chicken. Place all of the above ingredients in a large oven bag. Cook at 400-450 degrees for approximately 1 & 1/4 to 1 & 1/2 hours. Serve with sour cream on top if desired.
