Gosnell Great Potatoes

8-9 read potatoes

1/2 pint whipping cream

1 cup milk

1/2 pound cheese

3-4 dashes nutmeg

Boil potatoes in jackets till tender. Drain, cool and peel. Shred into a buttered dish. Combine cream, milk, cheese and nutmeg. Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter and refrigerate overnight. Take out and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
