3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup sugar
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 & 1/4 cup salad oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 (10oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
1 & 1/4 chopped nuts
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add salad oil and eggs; mix thoroughly. Stir in strawberries and nuts. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
