2 (8oz) cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
Blend well.
Bake in 9″ pie plate 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove and cool for 20 minutes.
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Blend well.
Spread topping on and return to oven for 20 minutes.
