Easy Fudge Pudding Cake

1 cup bisquick

1/4 cup cocoa

1 (14oz) can condensed milk, divided

3/4 cup hershey’s syrup, divided

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup hot water

whipped topping or icecream

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8″ square baking pan. In medium bowl, combine biquick and cocoa; stir in 1 cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup syrup and vanilla until blended. Spoon evenly into prepared pan. In small bowl, combine remaining condensed milk, remaining 1/2 cup syrup and hot water. Pour liquid mixture carefully over top of mixture in pan. Dot not stir. Bake 25-30 minutes. Let stand 15.
