Mississippi Mud Cake

Mississippi Mud Cake

1 cup wesson oil

3 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup cocoa

1 cut nut (pecans)

1 & 1/2 cup self-rising flour

1 & 3/4 cup sugar

4 beaten eggs

Mix well and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour 1 bag miniature marshmallows on top. Return to oven and melt slightly. Let cool.

Icing:

1 & 1/2 stick melted margarine

1 box powdered sugar

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts

Mix well and spread on cake.
