Creamy Lemon Pie

3 egg yolks

1 can condensed milk

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

3 egg whites

1/2 tsp cream of tarter

6 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla

Beat egg yolks, stir in lemon juice and condensed milk. Pour into crust.

Beat egg whites. Gradually add sugar, vanilla and cream of tarter. Beat until stiff. Spread meringue on top of pie. Bake in 350 degree oven until meringue is golden brown. Keep refrigerated.
