1 cup flour plus extra for stamping cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup softened butter
2 cup oatmeal
Dump all ingredients into the bowl. Mix well with hands and form into 1″ balls.
Lay balls out on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Put the extra flour in a pie pan. Stamp fist in flour, then gently press down each cookie ball to flatten. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Makes 24-30 cookies.
