Provencale Butter (Garlic Butter)

Provencale Butter (Garlic Butter)

1 pound butter

2 bulbs fresh garlic

1 cup freshly chopped parsley

1 tsp salt

Juice of one lemon

Melt butter and add other ingredients. Keep in refrigerator or freezer. Good on garlic bread, shrimps, escargot, etc.
