2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cup (4 oz) shredded American cheese
1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
1 & 1/2 cup chopped pecans
48 pretzel sticks
In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans and pretzels. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about 2 minutes. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of mixture into 1″ balls. Put balls in refrigerator to cool for a short period of time. Roll balls in chopped pecans. Cover and refrigerate for one or two hours or until chilled. To serve press pretzel stick into each ball.
