1 package (3 oz) raspberry gelatin
1 cup hot water
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup ground raw cranberries
1 orange ground fine
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set and add remaining ingredients. Congeal. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise. Serves 10-12.
