24 Hour Salad

Layer:

1 cup celery chopped

2 long green spring onions (put in whole)

2 tbsp sugar

8 strips bacon, fried until crispy, crumbled over top

1 head lettuce, chopped

1 big red onion, chopped

1 package frozen peas, cooked, cooled and drained (or use raw)

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 pint mayonnaise

cover well refrigerate for minimum of 8 hours.

Toss when ready to eat.
