1 pound ground beef, browned
Salt and pepper to taste
3 medium onions, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
3/4 cup water
Brown ground beef; drain, if necessary; add remaining ingredients; mix well; cover and simmer until well done.
Mix and add the following:
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup water
Mix together; add to first mixture. Cook until thickened. Be sure to stir often to avoid sticking. Serves 6-8.
