2 pounds ground beef

1 onion, diced

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

2 pounds velveeta cheese

1 envelope taco seasoning mix

Cook and drain ground beef and onion. Put all ingredients in pan or crockpot. Heat until cheese melts. Serve directly from crockpot or warming dish with chips or dark party bread. Needs to be stirred occasionally.

Note: When halved, this recipe will fit into a crock-ette (one of the little crockpots).
