2 & 1/2 pounds chicken pieces

Approximately 1 & 1/2 cups bisquick

1/2 to 1 stick margarine, melted

Salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken in baking pan. Sprinkle bisquick heavily over chicken. Then drizzle melted margarine over the bisquick and chicken. Place in preheated 375-400 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown and pulling away from bones. This chicken is somewhat like the southern fried chicken except many of the calories are eliminated.
