3 cup sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 tbsp cream sherry
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Mash sweet potatoes with mixer; add other ingredients and pour into 1 & 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup nuts, chopped
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine, melted
Mix topping ingredients and put on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
