1 ready to bake 9″ deep dish pie crust
1 medium tomato or tomato sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp flour
8-10 slices crisp bacon
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Mix onions and flour together and spread into bottom of unbaked pie shell. Slice tomato very thin and spread over onions and flour. Mix cheeses together and spread over bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
