The Gable’s Broccoli Quiche

1 & 1/4 c shredded swiss cheese

1 & 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cup broccoli florets, minced

5 eggs, beaten

2 cup half and half cream

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground white pepper

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1 (10″) prepared pie shell uncooked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine minced broccoli and shredded swiss and cheddar cheeses. Put cheese mixture into prepared pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli and cheese mixture; be careful the mixture does not overflow. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until firm. Allow to stand 15 minutes before cutting.
