1 &1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 envelope taco seasoning

1 can (4oz) green chilies

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 & 1/4 cup milk

3/4 cup bisquick

3 eggs

2 tomatoes

10″ round pie plate. Grease plate.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion, drain oil away, stir in seasoning mix. Spread meat and seasoning in dish top with chilies. Beat milks, bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with tomatoes (sliced) and cheese. Bake another 8-10 minutes.

Top with sour cream and lettuce. Serves 4-6.
