“The Night Before” Breakfast Casserole

1 pound hot ground sausage

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 slices bread, cubed

6 eggs

2 cups milk

1 tsp salt

Crumble and brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 19x13x2″ casserole dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
