2 eggs
1 & 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 & 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, water and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients. Pour into large loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Test for doneness with toothpick.
