2 cup self-rising flour
2 cup sugar
1 cup wesson oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla
2 small jars plum baby food
1 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs
Glaze:
2 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Mix glaze and pour over cake while hot.
