2 & 1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cup sugar
1 & 1/4 cup crisco oil
4 egg yolks
1 cup (or 1 small can) crushed pineapple and juice
2 tbsp hot water
2 & 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 & 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts
4 eggs whites stiffly beaten
Combine all ingredients except nuts and egg whites; beat well. Add nuts and fold in egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes.
