2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated sugar

3/4 tsp double acting baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

2 tbsp cold unsalted butter cut into bits

4 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Combine all ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet by tablespoons. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Serve with strawberries marinated in chambord liqueur.
