Pineapple Chess Pie

2 cup sugar

1/2 cup margarine, softened

4 eggs

3 tbsp flour

8 oz crushed pineapple, drained

1 tsp vanilla

1 (9″) pastry shell, unbaked

Cream margarine and sugar well. Add eggs and flour and beat well. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool before serving.
