1 can condensed milk
8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling or frozen or fresh strawberries
Graham cracker pie crust
Let cheese stand until softened. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in condensed milk. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice until well mixed. Pour into pie crust. Chill 3 hours. Top with pie filling or strawberries.
