Four-Layer Chocolate Pie

First layer:

1 & 1/2 sticks margarine

1 & 1/2 cup flour

1 cup chopped nuts

Melt margarine and stir in flour and nuts. Put ion Pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. Cool 30-40 minutes.

Second layer:

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup cool whip

Beat cheese and sugar, then beat in cool whip. Spread over first layer.

Third layer:

3 & 1/2 cup milk

2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding

Mix on medium speed until thick. Spread over the second layer.

Fourth layer:

Pour rest of cool whip over third layer. Spread evenly. Cool.
