9″ pie crust
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
6 medium peaches or apples (peeled and quartered)
2 tbsp butter
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of mix over unbaked pie shell. Top with fruit, arrange in single layer, close together. Sprinkle rest of mix on top. Dot with butter. Place top crust on pie; slit two or three holes in top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until juices thicken and crust is light brown.
