1 pound New York Sharpe Cheese
2 (3 oz) cream cheese
1 cup nuts
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 shakes of Tabasco
Garlic salt
Let cheese get room temperature. Grate. Mix cream cheese and work up real soft. Add other ingredients, roll into 2 (12″) logs. Sift paprika on wax paper. Roll each log to cover. Chill before serving. Can freeze for later use.

This was my very favorite cheeseball recipe! So delicious..sometimes I would roll it in something else like chopped almonds…just because the Paprika could get messy..BUT.. the Paprika was pretty and festive looking!
