1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 box pistachio instant pudding mix, dry
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 large cool whip, may use less depending on texture you desire
1 cup chopped nuts
Put pineapple in large bowl, pour pudding mix over top. Mix well. Add all remaining ingredients, mix together and refrigerate. Serve when well chilled. Note: This is a very simple salad to make, and everyone seems to enjoy it.
