Ordegano

1 tsp salt and pepper

1 pound chuck

1 large onion, chopped

1 bell pepper

large clove garlic

2 stalks celery

1 tbsp peanut oil & bacon fat

2 tbsp chili powder

Catsup

Can tomato sauce diluted

Can tomato puree

Red cayenne pepper

Hot sauce

Can mushroom spaghetti sauce

Can kidney beans

Sauté chopped onion in fat and mash with fork. When onion is yellow, add meat and season with tsp salt and pepper, 2 tbsp chili powder, press large close garlic & add 2 pinches oregano, 2 red peppers mashed, 2dashes cayenne pepper, 2 shots hot sauce, can mushroom spaghetti sauce and rinse can out, can tomato sauce diluted, can tomato puree, 1/2 cup catsup. Add tbsp flour to thicken. Cook slowly for 2 hours. Then add 1 can kidney beans. Cook 1 hour slowly. For double recipe add only 1 can tomato sauce.
