Rice Romanoff

3 cups cooked rice

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 & 1/2 cup large curd cottage cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Combine rice and green onions. Blend cottage cheese with garlic, sour cream, milk, hot pepper sauce and salt. Stir into rice mixture. Pour into a buttered 1 &1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
