Hot Cheese Biscuits

Hot Cheese Biscuits

1 pound New York State cheese (sharp)

1/4 pound butter

2 cups flour

Salt, to taste

Red pepper, to taste

Paprika

Grate cheese, then add butter and flour. Chill dough. Roll very think. Cut out with biscuit cutter. Sprinkle with dash of paprika. Bake in hot oven 400-450 degrees. Serve hot.
