4 eggs
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 & 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup milk
1 (6 or 7 oz) can coconut
Mix well and pour into 9″ pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Test with toothpick. Serves 8. Note: This pie makes its own crust.
